It provides you with the flexibility to move among industries, whether in small or large firms. Growth in support positions that require a certificate is expected to increase with employment growth in general. e-Commerce, for example, is creating new posts. Some typical jobs in this area are information and records clerks, court clerks, authorizers, customer service representatives, interviewers, receptionist, executive assistant, information processor, computer operator, order clerk, among many jobs. Some people will choose to work in retail or wholesale businesses, while others will select government work.

One reasonably new business career is a financial planner. This job market is expected to grow 35 to 40 percent between 1998-2008.
Those going on to earn a Master's Degree, such as an MBA degree, will find even more opportunities and are likely to qualify more quickly for a managerial or executive position than those who learn on the job. Fierce competition is expected for highly competitive and high-earning positions such as management consultant or business analyst.
